Transferring a Pass

If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend GROW Europe, you can easily transfer the registration on your own. If you need to change the email on your registration, even if it is you who will be using the registration, you should also go through this transfer process.


Click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that you've purchased or that are under your name. Just click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new delegates’ information. Both the original and the new delegate will receive a confirmation email.


Your pass can be transferred up until it is picked up onsite on the event day.  


If you'd like to transfer your pass for any reason, get in touch with us at growevents@hubspot.com. For verification purposes, we'll need the registration or order number of the pass you want to transfer, as well as the name and email address of the new delegate.
