Cancelling a Pass

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change. 

You can get a full refund on your pass through May 13, 2025. 
If you cancel after May 13, 2025, we will not provide a refund, but you may transfer your pass.

Additionally, you can receive a full refund at any point before June 17, 2025, if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase.

Please note: If the event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund on your purchased pass.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel or transfer your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us atgrowevents@hubspot.com.

Group Discount

We’re happy to offer a 10% discount to groups of 5+ registrants. You can register as a group and receive this discount on the website directly, no code needed!
