Cancelling a Pass

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change. 

You can get a full refund on your pass through 17th March 2026. 

If you cancel after 17th March, we will not provide a refund, but you may transfer your pass.

Additionally, you can receive a full refund at any point before 21st April 2026, if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase.

Please note: If the event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund on your purchased pass.
