We are so excited to welcome you to GROW Europe 2026 at the Southbank Centre. Read on for some useful information that will make your onsite experience even better.

Registration & Badge Pick-Up:

If you're in town on Monday 16 November, come to the venue and pick up your badge between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Registration takes place on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall.

If you can't make it on Monday, don't worry! Doors open at 8:00 AM on Tuesday 17 November for badge pick-up, networking, and light breakfast. Please enter the Royal Festival Hall on Level 1 and have your government issued ID readily available.

At our self-serve registration stations, you will search your name on the iPad or scan the QR code in your Registration Confirmation email. Review the registration information on the iPad and print your badge. Our staff will hand you your badge and lanyard.

If you have any issues with or questions about your badge, please head to the registration desks located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall.

Reminder: your badge is your key to GROW. You must wear it to gain entry to programming, networking, and more.

Cloakroom:

We will have a cloakroom onsite that is open from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Parenting Room:

A parenting room is located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall. Please ask a member of staff for the door code to access the room during GROW.

Prayer Room:

A multi-faith prayer room is located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall, offering a quiet retreat for prayer and meditation. Please ask a member of staff for the door code to access the prayer room during GROW.

Restrooms:

There are public toilets with wheelchair access and baby changing facilities throughout the venue. If you need help locating one, please ask a member of staff.

WiFi:

Network & Password will be printed on the back of your badge for you to easily refer to.

Connecting with Sponsors:

Make sure to visit our sponsors located in the Hub on Level 2 of Royal Festival Hall! They contribute so much to making GROW a success.

Note: Sponsors have the ability to capture your contact information onsite by scanning your attendee badge. If you are not into sharing your data with sponsors at GROW, no problem. If a sponsor asks to scan your badge, politely decline. Unless you explicitly opt-in, we never share your data with sponsors.

Lost & Found:

Please hand any lost property to a member of staff at the registration or cloakroom. If you have lost an item, please inform a member of our staff leaving a description of the item and contact details.

In the Event of an Emergency:

Follow instructions from the venue staff. In the case of venue evacuation - remain calm, follow instructions from venue staff, and leave the building by the nearest available exit.

If you notice something urgent or in cases of a medical emergency, please alert event staff immediately.
