Cancelling A Pass

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.

You can get a full refund on your pass through 13th October, 2026.

If you cancel after 13th October, we will not provide a refund, but you may transfer your pass.

Additionally, you can receive a full refund at any point before 13th November 2026, if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase.

Please note: If the event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund on your purchased pass.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel or transfer your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at grow@events.hubspot.com. The deadline to transfer a pass is 13 November 2026.
