Accessibility at GROW

Venue information

GROW ANZ will be taking place at ICC Sydney which has a variety of accessible features. The GROW team and our venue are committed to making all aspects of your visit enjoyable, welcoming, and physically accessible.


ICC Sydney is a purpose-built accessible venue with step-free entrances into the building. The venue has escalators and elevators that can access all floors of the building. Wheelchairs and 3- or 4-wheel electric scooters, walkers, canes, and crutches are welcome at GROW.


Please know that GROW does not provide push services for delegates. 

Support Services 

Accessible Toilets

Wheelchair and ambulant accessible toilets are available throughout the venue, including both left and right hand railing ambulant toilets.


Service Dogs

Service dogs are welcome at our venue. Please submit our Support Services Request Form to let us know if you are bringing a service animal. 


Companion tickets & personal attendants

Delegates with disabilities who require the assistance of an attendant during GROW can request a complimentary Companion ticket. The ticket does not grant access to GROW by itself - the Companion ticket must match the badge holder's name to be valid. One Companion ticket is provided per designated delegate.


Please let us know in advance if you will be needing this access by completing the Support Services Request Form. 


Parenting Room:

ICC Sydney has pram and wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:

  • Convention Centre Ground Level — located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
  • Convention Centre Level 2 — located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre

Each room has a selection of amenities on offer:

  • Convention Centre Ground Level — changing table area, microwave, large sink, nappy disposal unit, privacy curtains, comfortable seating, separate room with adult and child toilets
  • Convention Centre Level 2 — changing table area, large sink, nappy disposal unit, privacy curtains, comfortable seating

Prayer Room:

Two non-denominational prayer rooms are available for prayer, meditation and reflection. For those that require, a small number of prayer mats are provided in the rooms. The two prayer rooms can be found on Level 3 of Exhibition Centre, opposite meeting room E3.5.


Other requests & accommodations

Please let us know in advance if you will be needing any other requests and accommodations by completing the Support Services Request Form. 

Request Deadline: 3rd of April, 2026


Because everyone is included at our GROW events, GROW ANZ will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 18 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, if you have a request after April 3, we'll work with you to find the best solution that's possible in the time we have. Please note that we cannot provide:

  • Devices that are personal or individually prescribed, such as wheelchairs, prescription eyeglasses, or hearing aids.
  • Connections to Soundboards.
  • Personal guides or ASL (Australian Sign Language or Auslan) interpreters to accompany registrants.
