Accessibility at GROW
This page will be updated regularly as our plans for GROW are finalized. Please check back often. To discuss any access-related enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at grow@events.hubspot.com.
Throughout this article you will see reference to a Support Services Request Form. Requests are due by 20 October, 2026. After the 20th of October, we will still accept submissions but cannot guarantee accommodations, due to the tight timelines. You can find the Support Services Request Form here.
Venue information
GROW Europe will be taking place at the Southbank Centre (Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall), which has a variety of accessible features. The GROW team and our venue are committed to making all aspects of your visit enjoyable, welcoming, and physically accessible.
Southbank Centre welcomes everyone to their venues, and is consistently working to make their buildings and spaces available to all. The venue has stairs and elevators that can access all floors of the building. Wheelchairs and 3- or 4-wheel electric scooters, walkers, canes, and crutches are welcome at GROW.
Please know that GROW does not provide push services for delegates.
Support Services
Accessible Toilets
There are accessible toilets on every level of the Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall.
A Changing Places toilet is located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall for the exclusive use of disabled people who need personal assistance to use the toilet. A member of staff can provide you with the key and guide you to the toilet. Note that the venue does not provide slings.
Service Dogs
Service dogs are welcome at our venue. Please submit our Support Services Request Form to let us know if you are bringing a service animal.
Companion tickets & personal attendants
Delegates with disabilities who require the assistance of an attendant during GROW can request a complimentary Companion ticket. The ticket does not grant access to GROW by itself - the Companion ticket must match the badge holder's name to be valid. One Companion ticket is provided per designated delegate.
Please let us know in advance if you will be needing this access by completing the Support Services Request Form.
Parenting Room:
A parenting room is located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall. Please ask a member of staff for the door code to access the room during GROW.
Prayer Room:
A multi-faith prayer room is located on Level 1 of Royal Festival Hall, offering a quiet retreat for prayer and meditation. Please ask a member of staff for the door code to access the prayer room during GROW.
Other requests & accommodations
Please let us know in advance if you will be needing any other requests and accommodations by completing the Support Services Request Form.
Request Deadline: 20th of October, 2026
Because everyone is included at our GROW events, GROW Europe will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 28 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, if you have a request after 20 October, we'll work with you to find the best solution that's possible in the time we have. To discuss any access-related enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at grow@events.hubspot.com.
Please note that we cannot provide:
- Devices that are personal or individually prescribed, such as wheelchairs, prescription eyeglasses, or hearing aids.
- Connections to Soundboards.
- Personal guides or BSL (British Sign Language) interpreters to accompany registrants.
